Hello!

I'm Trish, and I'm a yoga teacher for people who think yoga is for ... "other people."

If you've ever glanced at the tiny-twisty-pretzel people at your local yoga studio and thought, “Not in a millllllion years,” I feel you. You’re in the right place — welcome home!

My style of yoga is less about gettin’ sweaty, and more about gettin’ stretchy, calm + happy.

It all begins by creating a personal home practice.

No judgment, no drama, no onlookers — just you + your breath.

Yoga has transformed my mood + my life, and taken me on journeys I never expected.

I’m living proof that there’s a form + flavor of yoga for everybody — and I can’t wait to share my passion, with you.

Crazed with excitement? Or maybe just a wee bit curious? Start here.

The Dreams That You Dream

The Dreams That You Dream

The Dreams That You Dream. Sometimes I dream in the day.  I dream about different possibilities and exciting adventures. When I was young I used to dream of getting my own horse.
