Hello!

I'm Trish, and I'm a yoga teacher for people who think yoga is for ... "other people."

If you've ever glanced at the tiny-twisty-pretzel people at your local yoga studio and thought, “Not in a millllllion years,” I feel you. You’re in the right place — welcome home!

My style of yoga is less about gettin’ sweaty, and more about gettin’ stretchy, calm + happy.

It all begins by creating a personal home practice.

No judgment, no drama, no onlookers — just you + your breath.

Yoga has transformed my mood + my life, and taken me on journeys I never expected.

I’m living proof that there’s a form + flavor of yoga for everybody — and I can’t wait to share my passion, with you.

Crazed with excitement? Or maybe just a wee bit curious? Start here.

5 Reasons To Answer The Call To Retreat     Can you hear it? At first it’s quiet. Like a far away feeling. A longing you can’t quite put your finger on. Then it becomes more audible. Like a small voice saying, “Slow down. Please. Stop. I need some space.” Maybe, it’s the loud callContinue Reading

Mastering the practice

Mastering the practice

Mastering the practice. Practice. It makes things perfect- or so they say. Practice is something you return to again and again to acquire a new skill and proficiency in performing that skill. You can practice anything: music, writing, painting, cleaning, managing your money, creating better health, or being a good friend. This time of yearContinue Reading
