Hello!

I'm Trish, and I'm a yoga teacher for people who think yoga is for ... "other people."

If you've ever glanced at the tiny-twisty-pretzel people at your local yoga studio and thought, “Not in a millllllion years,” I feel you. You’re in the right place — welcome home!

My style of yoga is less about gettin’ sweaty, and more about gettin’ stretchy, calm + happy.

It all begins by creating a personal home practice.

No judgment, no drama, no onlookers — just you + your breath.

Yoga has transformed my mood + my life, and taken me on journeys I never expected.

I’m living proof that there’s a form + flavor of yoga for everybody — and I can’t wait to share my passion, with you.

Crazed with excitement? Or maybe just a wee bit curious? Start here.

The ancient yogis and sages talk about the inner smile. That sense of happiness and contentmentContinue Reading

You Can’t Go Back

You Can’t Go Back

You Can’t Go Back The other day  I saw an advertisement for one of those ‘getting healthy’ product parties they do. You were asked to… “Bring an old photo of the way you once looked and will look again!”   And I was like… what? I don’t want to go back to being who IContinue Reading

Start Fresh

Start Fresh

We’re just a week into the new year and I’ve been taking it slow and easy.  Really, the slow and easy thing started last fall as a way to create space for my mind to percolate, because things felt like they were changing. The one constant in the universe is change. When I sense somethingContinue Reading

Dear 2015

Dear 2015

For me, the year twenty fifteen has been one filled with powerful life lessons.  It was a gentle year spent in spaciousness, quietude, and self reflection. The lessons I’ve taken away are clearing the path for what my life and business will look like in 2016. I’m grateful. So, as I wind down this year I’m writing a seriesContinue Reading
