Hello!

I'm Trish, and I'm a yoga teacher for people who think yoga is for ... "other people."

If you've ever glanced at the tiny-twisty-pretzel people at your local yoga studio and thought, “Not in a millllllion years,” I feel you. You’re in the right place — welcome home!

My style of yoga is less about gettin’ sweaty, and more about gettin’ stretchy, calm + happy.

It all begins by creating a personal home practice.

No judgment, no drama, no onlookers — just you + your breath.

Yoga has transformed my mood + my life, and taken me on journeys I never expected.

I’m living proof that there’s a form + flavor of yoga for everybody — and I can’t wait to share my passion, with you.

Crazed with excitement? Or maybe just a wee bit curious? Start here.

Anxiety Has Friends

Anxiety Has Friends

Anxiety Has Friends When anxiety comes knocking at the door she rarely comes alone. She has an assortment of friends who ask for her help when they have problems getting YOUR attention. Really, anxiety never even wanted to leave the house. She would rather stay home and do her nails or watch movies with a fresh bowl of popcorn.  ButContinue Reading

Feeling an excess of anxiety? Do this.

Feeling an excess of anxiety? Do this.

Feeling an excess of anxiety? Do This. Ever had one of those moments where you feel an excess of anxiety or worry and it just won’t turn off? During my most anxious years I tried to turn off the anxiety by laying around in bed + trying to stay calm.  It kind of helped, butContinue Reading

Anxiety Without Fear

Anxiety Without Fear

I hear the word anxiety being lumped together with the word fear. Like, all-the-time. On the surface this makes a lot of sense… the idea that being anxious = being afraid or fearful of something. The problem for many people suffering with chronic anxiety is not the fact that they feel anxious and afraid: it’sContinue Reading
