Hello!

I'm Trish, and I'm a yoga instructor for people who think yoga is for ... "other people."

If you’ve ever glanced at the tiny-twisty-pretzel people at your local yoga studio and thought, “Not in a millllllion years,” I feel you. You’re in the right place — welcome home!

My style of yoga is less about gettin’ sweaty, and more about gettin’ stretchy, calm + happy.

It all begins by creating a personal home practice.

Crazed with excitement? Or maybe just a wee bit curious? Start here.

The Road to Healing- It’s not a one man show. Over the years as I moved through and then out of chronic anxiety, I learned a lot about healing.  You might think that because I teach yoga and credit it with helping me through it all that I would tell you yoga is THE answer. Continue Reading

Letting go of holding on

Letting go of holding on. Life is a practice.  We practice shaping our world into the kind of place we want to live. Choosing a home, making it pretty. Choosing work, making it fun.
