Girl on a Mission: part 2

I had lunch today with an old friend. You know, one of those friends you can see once every few years and it’s like you just saw them yesterday. She said something to me.
 

She said…

“You’re so much more positive than you used to be. Back then you just didn’t seem very happy.”

I had to pause and look back at how I was then.  It was true. Back then I wasn’t happy. Back then my anxiety was constant and I was just trying to get through each day.

I didn’t want to be in that dark and scary place, but I didn’t know how to get myself out.

I consider myself lucky because yoga found me.

And as I began to practice regularly in the comfort and safety of my home, everything started to change. Practicing yoga helped me get to know myself really well, and I began to understand what I needed in order to function more fully in the world.
 

The single most powerful thing I have ever done for myself was to bring yoga into my heart and into my home.

 
Now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same.  It’s time to lift the veil on my own home yoga practice and reveal how I did it, so you can do it too.
