Home Practice Primer
Think “doing yoga” means scuttling off to a gym or yoga studio, where legions of bouncing pony-tailed fitness models will send you into a confidence-tailspin? Think again!
You can do yoga anyplace at all — and for myself and many of my students, that “place” happens to be “home.”
This handy primer includes tips to set up a home practice space + stay motivated + a gentle series of yoga poses that you can do at home, right on the floor. No mat, blocks or bolsters required.
Get the primer + bonus materials here.

Stop. Sit. Breathe. Poster
Post this by your desk, on your bulletin board, or in your car – as a friendly reminder to stop what you’re doing (which is possibly – stressing buckets) and breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Ahhhh.
Atma Chant
Chanting creates healing vibration within the body and is one of the most effective and powerful ways to shift your energy. This chant is one of my favorites. I often use it in my healing sessions and have used it extensively in my personal work. Have a listen or learn to chant along using this worksheet.
