Take Good Care – Change Your World
I’m a firm believer in self-care. Because when you feel good, life is better.
Taking care of yourself can look like a lot of different things.
It can look like a soak in the tub, a fresh salad, or lunch with friend.
It can look like a workout, a visit to the hair salon, or paying your bills. (Yes, I said paying your bills.)
It can also look like taking the day off to watch Netflix + eat cookies in bed.
Different days call for different tactics.
And we each require a slightly different approach. What you choose to do depends on your unique needs and personality.
Over the years I’ve found many tools that are helpful. And I use them all.
But, the most powerful and empowering tools have come from my study of yoga and it’s application for specific outcomes.
I’ve experienced this in my own personal practice but, I also see it in my clients every day.
The tell me that what they’ve learned affects their lives on multiple levels.
–Physically they feel and move better- plus they have more energy.
–Emotionally they feel more balanced and better able to deal with stressful situations and people in their lives.
–Spiritually they feel more connected to their desires and more focused on their purpose.
Guess what else they say?
They say that it’s not difficult stuff to do – in fact it’s often the simplest tools I teach them that make the biggest difference.
Adding those simple things to your daily routine can have a huge impact on the way you feel in your day to day living.
And when you feel good, life is better.
